New: PA12 W, offered by 3Faktur

3Faktur is expanding its range of materials on the PROTIQ Marketplace to include PA 12 W (polyamide 12 white). We are the first company in Germany with its own plant to manufacture white plastic components using the Multi Jet Fusion process, which can be produced in color according to your requirements.

What is special about PA 12 W?

PA 12 W is a variant of PA 12, but the material is white rather than grey and can therefore be dyed in many different colors. It is highly UV-stable in terms of color and mechanical properties.

3Faktur has its own in-house DyeMansion dyeing technology so that you can choose from 17 different colors for your plastic components. PA 12 W is suitable, for example, for use in components with industrial signal colors, coloured housings and visible components or for personalized medical products such as orthoses.

Tensile strength: ~ 48 ± 5 MPa

Elongation at break: 13 ± 6 %

E-modulus: 1,500 ± 200 MPa

Density: ~0.9 - 1.0 g /cm³ (depending on geometry)
