Materials and Technologies

CADdent processes high-quality Class IIa materials certified as medical devices using various technologies, such as the SLM (selective laser melting) process, the LCM (lithography-based ceramic manufacturing) process and with the help of conventional milling technology.

The following materials are now available:

• Ti-6Al-4V - biocompatible titanium alloy (SLM process)

• CoCr - "medical stainless steel alloy" made of cobalt-chrome (SLM process)

• ZrO2 - biocompatible ceramic (LCM process or milled)

• PEEK - high performance plastic polyetheretherketone (milled)

In addition to the high-quality materials, CADdent impresses, among other things, with a high level of detail - and that even with complex and delicate structures - as well as a very good surface finish.
