Rapid Manufacturing

Production process for the fast and flexible manufacture of components/series using additive manufacturing systems. Production takes place directly from model data (3D CAD files), making additional tools superfluous. The materials used include plastic, metal, ceramics and glass. Rapid manufacturing is used in the mass production of micro components and systems for larger components, including in the automotive industry, aviation and power stations.
