Manufacturing process
Protiq uses a variety of manufacturing processes, with a focus on advanced 3D printing technologies. These include processes such as stereolithography (SLA), selective laser sintering (SLS) and fused deposition modeling (FDM). These processes enable the production of complex geometries and customized products with high precision.
In addition to these additive manufacturing technologies, we also offer conventional processes such as injection molding, which is particularly suitable for the mass production of plastic parts. This bandwidth is complemented by modern CNC machining, which enables the precise production of metal and plastic parts. Each of these processes has specific advantages and is selected according to the desired material properties, the quantity and the complexity of the part.
Our range of materials, from plastics and metals to special materials, allows us to respond flexibly to the different requirements of our customers. When selecting the appropriate manufacturing process, we take into account the functionality of the end product, the production costs and the desired production speed.
