Infill

In order to ensure the stability of a 3D model and to avoid warping, cavities are filled according to specific patterns during the production process, for example, when using the FDM method. Cross or honeycomb patterns ensure the greatest strength with minimal material consumption. A further advantage of partial infill compared to complete infill of a component is the time saving. The degree of infill is adapted to the stability requirements of the respective object.
