3D printing with mechanically durable plastics
Polyamide resins (PAs), which are used in selective laser sintering, are long-term stable and mechanically durable materials with high resistance to many chemicals. Our plastics are available in almost all colors and can be selected in the online configurator. On request, we will produce media-dense objects for you. You can choose between a variety of unfilled plastics as well as filled, soft, and highly temperature-stable plastics. With our wide range of materials we can find the best solution for every requirement.

Plastics for selective laser sintering
In the following table you will find some of the plastics that we currently offer for selective laser sintering (SLS) on protiq.com – including some selected material properties.
Please note: The table is not automatically updated and therefore does not necessarily represent the complete or most up-to-date material selection. As we are continuously developing the range on the PROTIQ Marketplace and adding new materials, changes may occur at any time. Please also note that the material characteristics may vary depending on the manufacturing partner.
The binding information and the entire current SLS portfolio can be found in the ordering process after you have uploaded your 3D data on our start page. The relevant technical data sheets are also available in the ordering process.

3D data check
The data check is always done automatically. This procedure guarantees a consistently high quality. After uploading your file to our server, the software checks the file for manufacturability. Small errors are repaired automatically. In the case of large errors, you will be informed before printing and asked for approval by means of a preview.
TIP:Upload your file and have it automatically repaired by the software. You will then be able to download the repaired file under the item “File Info.” In addition, the file is saved in your account.
